At present the main methods of processing mushrooms is :fresh mushroom processing, dried processing, container processing and other special processing. In the preservation process,  the cold storage is the main processing method, and dried processing is by drying machine, vacuum drying mushrooms is relatively small ; container processing are mainly hard canned processing and soft canned processing

    But the shelf life of fresh products is short. Dried processing is the main processing method of protecting mushrooms. This way could process the products into many kinds so as to meet the request of the super market. This way has become a relative good way of protecting mushroom.
